Returns  

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

Due to the nature of our welding and fabrication work, many items are custom-made or built to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns for non-defective items, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders.

Return Eligibility  

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect  

- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery  

- The item must be unused and in original condition (if applicable)

- Photos of the issue

Refunds  

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection.

Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping Costs  

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items  

- Custom-built or made-to-order items  

- Used or altered products  

- Items damaged due to misuse
